Joyl products are handmade in small batches without preservatives (with the exception of our solid shampoo and conditioner). Given that, we ask you to enjoy your products within six months of purchase.

Pregnant women and children under twelve years old should avoid essential oils. Please check with your GP if you have any allergies or skin sensitivities. Joyl products are not suitable for those with nut allergies or sensitivities.

All Joyl purchases are posted with Royal Mail using their Tracked 48 service, which aims to deliver to you within two working days. Royal Mail send updates so you can track the parcel until its arrival at your door. The flat cost of £3.89 covers parcels up to 2kg, which fall within the dimensions: Length 45 cm, Width 35 cm & Depth 16 cm.

If you prefer to do a patch test before trying new products, apply a small amount of product to clean, dry skin on the inside of the elbow. Cover for 24 hours to check the product is suitable for you.

Our Whipp aluminium jars and lids are all currently recyclable and we are working towards fully recyclable packaging.
